Hawaii’s criminal record logs begin in 1976, but only for specific cases and offenders. Common court record history begins in 1990. Information obtained through screening cannot be used to alter a current rental agreement, unless the tenant is shown to have breached said agreement.

Court records can be searched as early as 1990. Reports include felonies, misdemeanors, traffic violations, and ordinance violations.
The state of Hawaii permits eviction data to be logs and searched up to seven years prior to the request.
Barring third party vendors, driving history is not available to the public, unless it relates to traffic violations.
There are no state level credit checks for screening purposes available to the general public. A national level search or third party vendor would be the only way to find the information.
