- About Us
The United States has over 1 million residents in rental housing, which is 35% of the total US population. In Arkansas, almost 7% of the state’s population is in apartment housing. TenantReports.com can help Arkansas landlords with tenant screening to make the application and rental process faster and easier than ever.
The earliest screening records for Arkansas began in 1980. Landlords seeking tenant history from an earlier date must use the national database. Information gathered in regards to a tenant cannot be used to adjust a rental agreement post-signing, unless the tenant’s history includes specific, recurring, or ongoing criminal activities.
