Tenant Screening Eviction Checks

 What is an Eviction Report?

US Real Estate Investor’s association provides all clients the ability to check an applicant’s eviction history. These reports provide instant results showing how often (if ever) a potential tenant has been evicted from a residence. Since tenant laws lean in favor of tenants more so then landlords, eviction reports are vital to protect you from costly fees, lost rent, damages and the legal hassel of eviction. More often than not, people with evictions on their record have a history of multiple evictions.

We offer two eviction reports to choose from:

$6 Statewide Eviction Checks - Available in all states except for DE, CT and RI

$15 Nationwide Eviction Checks - Checks the National Registry for eviction data on all states except for DE, CT and RI

These checks will include all information reported from the municipality:

 Why run an Eviction Report?

Experienced landlords and property managers will tell you that the eviction process is the most challenging part of the tenant business. Many eager new landlords want to fill vacancies as soon as possible however tenants that have been evicted are often evicted more than once and the law protecting tenants, even those being evicted, lean heavily in the tenants favor.

The eviction process can be very lengthy, time consuming and costly. The Eviction Process can take up to 6 months depending on your state’s tenant laws. Typically and eviction will cost property owners $3,000 in court costs and fees that are often never recouped. The cost of lost rent, damages and time also make evictions a nightmare for landlords.
