Tenant Credit Score Card- Custom Credit Risk Assessment, Credit Score and Negative Credit Summary
Check tenant credit when you sign up for our standard tenant screening service which allows access to our Tenant Credit Score Card. The Tenant Credit Score Card will give landlords, realtors and property managers the necessary tenant credit report information to properly screen rental applicants with minimal compliance paperwork required by the credit bureaus.
No setup fee or onsite inspection is required. Tenant Credit Score Card information can be provided to your landlord clients, investment property owners or third parties involved in tenant placement decisions who want to review tenant data.
Why a Tenant Score Card?
The Tenant Score Card requires little compliance and no on-site office inspection while offering a comprehensive view of an applicant's credit worthiness and credit history. The Tenant Score Card is perfect for client's operating out of a home office who would not comply with bureau standards to recieve detailed credit reports.
A Tenant Scorecard is completely customized to your preferences and provides the following information with a simple PASS or FAIL rating in addition to the applicant's credit report score and credit report summary including derogatory credit summary (bankruptcies, liens, judgments, collections and delinquencies).
